Exchanges will only be accepted IF the item is damaged.

If the item is damaged please email us at amazingace@shopamazingace.com within 3 business days, with a picture of the damaged item received and you will be contacted back with the steps to take from there

If the item that you had to return due to damage or the wrong item sent is now out of stock you will be honored with store credit.
